McAllister is the newest associate at Doremus & Kantor. Scott was born in Hartford, Connecticut and attended Syracuse University, graduating with a B.S. in 1987. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1995. Scott was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1995 and the Vermont Bar in 1996. Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, commercial and residential real estate, and enjoys advising clients in all aspects of these areas. Scott is a member of the Vermont Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Vermont Chapter of the American Red Cross. Outside of the practice of law, Scott is an avid golfer and musician and, in 2000, released a critically acclaimed full-length CD of instrumental guitar music.
